kitchenware, we expanded in 2003 to specialize in traditional Indian goods and
handicrafts. As manufacturers, exporters, and suppliers, we offer a diverse range of
religious idols and statues—crafted in-house or sourced from skilled artisans across
India—ensuring exceptional quality at competitive prices.

A. Our goal is to be the trusted one-stop shop for importers, distributors, and wholesalers
worldwide, meeting all their needs for Indian religious idols, statues, and traditional
products. At Shreem Overseas, we ensure a seamless purchasing experience, offering
transparent pricing and reliable service throughout the year.
3. How do I sign up for an account with Shreem Overseas?
A. To sign up, just click on the "Create your account" button, and we'll walk you through the
process step by step. You'll be asked to provide details such as your business or company
name, along with your contact information, including your name, phone number, and
email address. It's quick and easy!
4. How long will it take?
A. Once we receive your company details, we'll send you a verification email to complete
the sign-up process. If you need any assistance, feel free to contact us via WhatsApp chat

5. How do I place an order once I have opened an account?
A. Placing an order is simple! Just browse our product categories, select the quantities
you need, and click “Add to Cart.” Once you’ve reviewed your selections, proceed to
checkout, and we’ll receive your order. A detailed Proforma Invoice in USD$/Euro€ (FOB)
will be sent to you, usually within 24 hours.
6. What is the minimum order quantity?
A. The minimum order quantity (MOQ) is 1 carton. As you add products to your cart, the
minimum carton packing is displayed in the “Add to Cart” section. Orders are processed in
multiples based on carton packing. If you'd like to order different quantities, feel free to

7. Do the FOB USD $ prices include shipping?
A. No, the prices listed in USD$ are on an FOB basis, meaning they do not include shipping.
Since shipping preferences vary based on order size, we will find the best shipping options
and negotiate the lowest possible rates once we receive your complete order.
8. What are the shipping options you offer?
A. We offer the following shipping methods:
Sea Shipments: FCL (Full Container Loads) and LCL (Loose Cargo Loads).
Air Shipments: For smaller quantities, we use trusted partners like DHL, FedEx,
Aramex and BlueDart to deliver worldwide. Please note that customs clearance is
handled by the customer.
Courier: We can arrange door-to-door delivery via courier, depending on the
destination country and local customs regulations.
9. What is your minimum order value?
A. The minimum order value we accept is $3000. This ensures that shipping costs are
justified, as lower order values can result in higher shipping fees, significantly increasing
the landed cost of goods.
10. What is the estimated shipping time after placing an order?
A. We aim to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. For smaller orders,
dispatch typically occurs within 1-2 weeks. For larger Full Container Loads (FCL), shipping
time usually ranges from 30 to 45 days.
11. How do you ensure the safety of the idols/statues during shipment?
A. We prioritize the safety of each idol during shipment with a meticulous packing process.
Each item is individually wrapped in transparent plastic for protection, cushioned with
bubble wrap or soft foam on all sides. Each idol is packed in an individual brown box to
prevent movement during transit, sealed with scotch tape, and finally placed in a master
carton for ultimate protection.
12. What kind of master cartons do you use for shipping? What condition can I expect the goods to arrive in?
A. We use robust, heavy-duty master cartons to pack all our idols. These cartons are built
to be incredibly strong, ensuring your goods arrive safely, even under rough handling. With
each empty carton weighing between 5 to 7 kgs, your items are well-protected
throughout the journey.
13. What are your payment terms?
A. For orders exceeding $10,000, we require a 30% advance payment, with the remaining
balance due prior to dispatch for air shipments. For sea shipments, the balance can be
paid either before dispatch or upon receiving the scanned shipment documents. For
smaller orders, we kindly request full payment in advance for the cost of goods. Shipping
costs can be paid either at the destination or in advance, depending on your preference.
14. What payment terms do you offer?
A. We offer the following payment terms: Irrevocable Letter of Credit (LC) from a
reputable international bank, as well as FOB, CFR, and CIF terms.
15. How does the payment process work?
A. Upon receiving your complete order, we’ll promptly send you a Proforma Invoice based
on the details you’ve provided. After you review and approve the invoice, we kindly request
the advance payment to start processing your order. Rest assured, we will keep you
informed with regular updates on your order’s progress and provide an estimated
dispatch date right in the Proforma Invoice, ensuring a smooth and transparent process
every step of the way.
16. What if I decide to alter/cancel my order after confirming it and paying the advance?
A. If you need to make any changes to your order after confirmation, we will do our best to
accommodate your request and adjust the order as needed. However, once the order is
confirmed and the advance payment is made, cancellations can only be considered
under exceptional circumstances. We’re committed to working with you to ensure a
smooth experience!
17. What is your return policy?
A. As a 100% B2B business, we are dedicated to supporting our buyers. If you encounter
any genuine issues with the items received, we will quickly issue a credit for the affected
item. You can choose to apply this credit to your next order or receive a refund—whichever
option is most convenient for you. We're here to ensure your satisfaction!
