All prices are quoted in FOB USD$, allowing you the flexibility to choose your preferred method of shipment—Air or Sea—based on your requirements and timelines.
Our order dispatch process consists of two main timeframes:
- Processing Time:
We do our best to ship your order promptly. The processing time is dependent on order size:
- Full Container Loads (FCL): Typically, we require 30-45 days for dispatch.
- Smaller Orders: We aim to ship within 2 to 3 weeks.
As most of our products are handmade, we take extra care in performing quality checks and ensuring perfect packaging, so the goods reach their destination without any damages. - Shipping Time:
Shipping time refers to the duration it takes for your order to travel from our warehouse to its destination. Shipping times vary based on the country of destination, but we prioritize using the fastest shipping lines available with the shortest transit times to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

- Customs and Duties: Please note that import duties, taxes, or any additional fees incurred during shipping are the responsibility of the
buyer. We recommend checking with your local customs office for details on potential charges. - Shipping Delays: While we make every effort to meet delivery timelines, please note that shipping times may be affected by factors beyond our control (e.g., weather conditions, customs clearance, or carrier delays). We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers.
Refund & Returns Policy:
- Eligibility for Returns:
- Returns for Defective or Damaged Products: We accept returns for products that are defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped. Claims for defective or damaged goods must be submitted within 7 business days of receiving the shipment.
- Bulk Orders: For large or bulk orders (e.g., full container loads), returns will only be accepted if the product is defective, damaged, or the wrong items were delivered. Any issues with bulk orders must be reported within 7 business days.
- No Returns for Custom Orders: Customized or personalized products (such as specially branded or modified items) cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
- Restocking Fee: In some cases, a restocking fee may apply for returns, especially if the return is not due to an error on our part. The restocking fee will be assessed based on the nature of the product and its condition upon return. - Refund Process:
- Refund Requests: Refund requests for B2B orders will be processed on a case-by-case basis. If the return is approved, we will issue a refund or credit to youraccount based on the original payment method.
- Processing Time: Refunds typically take 10-15 business days to process once the returned product is received and inspected. The exact timing may vary depending on the payment method and bank processing times.
- Shipping Fees: Shipping costs are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., incorrect or damaged items). - Exchanges
- Product Exchanges: Exchanges are allowed for products that are defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped. If you wish to exchange an item, please contact our customer service team within 7 business days of receiving the shipment.
- Availability of Products: Exchanges are subject to availability. In case of unavailability, we will offer either a refund or a suitable replacement, depending on your preference. - Return Shipping Costs:
- Defective or Damaged Goods: If the product is defective or damaged, Shreem Overseas will cover the return shipping costs. Please contact our customer service team for assistance with return labels and shipping arrangements.
- Non-Defective Returns: For all other returns (e.g., change of mind, excess quantities), the buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping, including any duties or taxes that may apply. - Bulk Order Considerations:
- For bulk or large orders, we encourage careful planning and confirmation of specifications before placing an order. Due to the high volume and nature of these transactions, returns or refunds for bulk orders will only be accepted under limited conditions, as outlined above. - Non-Returnable Items:
- Customized Products: As noted, custom, specially designed, or personalized items (including branding, modifications, etc.) are non-returnable unless they are faulty or damaged.
- Opened or Used Products: Products that have been opened or used cannot be returned unless they are defective. - Damaged or Defective Items:
If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately (within 7 business days) with the following information:
- Order number
- Photos of the damaged or defective product
- Description of the issue We will guide you through the return or exchange process. If necessary, we will provide a return shipping label and arrange for a replacement or refund. - Customer Service and Dispute Resolution:
